Volunteer Board Position: Director of Development

About KIDD Forever:

• KIDD Forever is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit startup based in Graham, WA, focused on creating meaningful opportunities for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), particularly those who require higher levels of support.

• Our vision is to develop community-based programs centered around outdoor activities, farming, and animal engagement that promote purpose, inclusion, and quality of life.

As we continue building the organization, we're looking for someone to help lead our fundraising efforts, strengthen community partnerships, and expand awareness of our mission.

This opportunity may be a great fit for someone with experience in fundraising, donor relations, grant writing, higher education outreach, or nonprofit leadership.

We also welcome applications from individuals who are currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate programs related to nonprofit management, social work, psychology, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, human services, or other fields aligned with our mission.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who believes in our mission and wants to help build something that can make a lasting impact on the individuals and families we hope to serve.

The expected commitment is approximately 10–20 hours per month, including virtual participation in two board meetings each month.

As a startup nonprofit, every contribution matters. This role will have a direct influence on the future growth and success of KIDD Forever!
